Welcome to Sarah’s virtual online school creation ~ Dialectical-Sustainability of Love Alliance (D-Sola)
Reaching more folx, decreasing bias and expanding community, all at once!
“For DBT of Charleston’s 20th birthday serving the community, I am teaching additional courses online now within an online school platform cuz’ my private DBT + DBT PE + DYT specialized counseling and yoga therapist gender-sexuality harm recovery practices in Charleston, SC. exploded with national then international demand. Since I’m ONE person with a rare mix of hats, online courses and communities are my wisest solution to reach a greater audience with what I’m so passionate about. My virtual DBT PE “inspired” school is called ‘Dialectical-Sustainability of Love Alliance (D-Sola)’.
I yearn to touch the lives of people on widespread levels, along with those who experience discriminatory harm (to those I am able to reach with what I’m doing and who connect with my approach). As an educator and guide, I especially resonate with reaching folx with expansive sexual (/gender) identities- Along with colorFULL people as a whole who are just looking for a new way to engage in conscious-vital interconnecting.”
“Socialized harm influences areas of: inter-relational competence, emotional & sexual bond honesty, embodied interpersonal safety, mental health advancement, ability to be ourselves more fully and fulfillment standards we hold for relationships functionality.
We are in this together~ so decreasing bias by building evidenced and education-based experiential recovery practices, strengthening comprehension of wise-minded skillfulness, conversing more transparently in our bonds and as a community are all central to reinforcing the vitality of our connectedness.”
